A patch went out fairly fast, 200MB+ to fix one error. If you save during a temporary zombie apocalypse, it gets stuck. Sims 3 just had the best save destroying bug in a long time with Supernatural, though. This will kill your save eventually when the number of taxis exceeds the ram you have available, creating a corrupted save. Like forgetting to despawn the 50 taxis it creates per day in the game. It cleans up all the things that EA doesn't. My game would be dead several times over if not for the NRaas Overwatch mod. While the knee-jerk answer to the second answer is "moneyhats", I think there's a strong case to be made that EA would profit much more from selling a $100 complete pack than the status quo-which is probably turning away and/or overwhelming people, especially completists.Ĭlick to expand.No third party mods? *looks to Mods folder* There are plenty of those, some of them are absolutely essential to keep the game running stable. (2) why doesn't EA offer some sort of bundle discount offering the "complete edition"? (1) why hasn't EA gotten their shit together on a simple, easy-to-use in-game DLC system for one of their biggest money makers?
Worst of all, I'm willing to bet that in the hypothetical scenario somebody installs all of these simultaneously that the game simply wouldn't be able to handle the load and slow down to a crawl.
